Hotpoint demonstrate confidence in product quality with launch of 10 Year Parts Guarantee on all large appliances.

Hotpoint have announced a new 10-year Parts Guarantee on all large appliances, cementing the brands commitment to quality control and high standards. As a result, consumers will be given the peace of mind that, at all times, a member of the Hotpoint team is on hand to help quickly and effectively.

With recent research suggesting consumers are now keeping products for longer (3 out of 4 appliances in the UK are more than 5 years old), Hotpoint understand the need to support its valued customers for a lengthier period of time. Piero Pracchi, Marketing Director for Hotpoint said, "Offering our customers a 10-year Parts Guarantee is a reflection of Hotpoint's pledge to support consumers past the point of sale. We want our customers to know we are with them every step of the way".

The brand's confidence in the quality and longevity of its products is also reflected in the new guarantee, with robust testing procedures in place to ensure European Quality Standards are consistently met with all Hotpoint appliances. In the past five years, the company have invested over £20m in quality initiatives with all appliances tested to simulate 10 years of use, and, as a result, Hotpoint have seen a 60% reduction in product defects since 2005.

Importantly, the new 10 year parts guarantee will be backed up by a comprehensive after-sales support service available 364 days a year. Hotpoint have the largest white goods service team in the UK & Eire with all of their engineers professionally trained at the Hotpoint School of Excellence, ensuring the highest standards of service on the ground. Customers can choose morning or afternoon appointments to suit them, allowing customers maximum flexibility with the new 10-year Parts Guarantee.
