By entering into this promotion you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions

• The competition will be open from 1st August 2010 and will close on 30th September 2010. One entry per household only. No entrees will be considered or accepted after the closing date.
• The winner will be chosen by an independent adjudicator on 1st October 2010 and the prize winner will be notified by 11th October 2010 by telephone then with a written email from Hotpoint. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into other than to inform the winner.
• The winners details will be made publicly available by the 18th October 2010 on the Hotpoint Eco Micro Site.
• Entrance to the competition is via the Hotpoint Eco Micro site www.hotpoint.co.uk/eco. For those without email access a written entree can be sent to Hotpoint Eco Tips, Marketing Department, Indesit Company, Morley Way, Woodston, Peterborough, PE2 9JB. Unfortunately we cannot return any Competition entries, including those consisting of artistic or other material.
• Entries will not be accepted from any employees of Indesit Company UK or P&G or their families or anyone they live with or any company involved in the competition. Indesit Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
• The competition is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.

• Entrance to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
• To enter the entrant must fully complete the entry form on the Hotpoint Eco micro site. www.hotpoint.co.uk/eco.
• The competition is open to UK homeowners aged 18 and over only at the time of entry. Indesit reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
• The prize consists of one prize consisting of 1 x Hotpoint Eco Cycle Washing Machine (Aquarius+ WMF740) and 6 months free supply of Ariel Excel Gel which will be supplied in the form of coupons
• The prize described above is final and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be given.
• In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Hotpoint reserves the right to cancel or extend this promotion or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside our control.
• The winner may be required to take part in any publicity arising from the promotion. Indesit Company (Hotpoint) reserves the right to use the name and location of the winner, their photograph and any audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity relating to the campaign.
• Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
• The decision of Indesit Company (Hotpoint) will be final and binding in all matters arising from the Hotpoint Hot Style promotion.
