By entering into this promotion you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions

• The competition will be open from 28th July 2009 and will close on 1st October 2009. One entry per household only. No entrees will be considered or accepted after the closing date.
• The winner will be chosen by an independent adjudicator on 15th October 2009 and the prize winner will be notified by 19th October 2009 by telephone then with a written email from Hotpoint. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into other than to inform the winner.
• The winner's details will be made publicly available by the 20th October 2009 on the Hotpoint Hot Style Micro site.
• Entrance to the competition is via the Hotpoint Hot Style Micro site www.hotpoint.co.uk/hotstyle. For those without email access a written entry can be sent to Hotpoint Hot Style, Marketing Department, Indesit Company, Morley Way, Woodston, Peterborough, PE2 9JB. Unfortunately we cannot return any Competition entries, including those consisting of artistic or other material.
• Entries will not be accepted from any employees of Indesit Company UK, Magnet, Shine PR or Brazen PR or their families or anyone they live with or any company involved in the competition. Indesit Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
• The competition is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Entrance to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
• To enter, the entrant must fully complete the entry form on the Hotpoint Hot Style micro site. www.hotpoint.co.uk/hotstyle
• The competition is open to UK homeowners aged 18 and over only at the time of entry. Indesit reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
• The prize consists of one prize consisting of 1 x Magnet retail kitchen of the winner's choice to a maximum prize value of £10,000. The prize value includes Magnet furniture, Magnet accessories and Magnet installation (if required) to the value of £10,000 but must include Magnet kitchen furniture to the value of £6,000. If the value of the kitchen exceeds £10,000, the prize winner will need to cover the excess cost themselves. The prize does not include appliances from Magnet.
• As part of the one prize, in addition to the Magnet Kitchen as described above, the winner will also receive 7 x Hotpoint appliances which must be fitted into the Magnet Kitchen in the winner's home. The appliances are supplied directly from Hotpoint and consist of the following: 1 x Hotpoint Openspace Oven: OS897DIX / 1 x Hotpoint Hob: GE641TX (Gas) OR CIC642 (Electric) / 1 x Hotpoint Hood: HTC6T / 1 x Hotpoint Dishwasher: LFT228A / 1 x Hotpoint Washer Dryer: BHWD129 / 1 x Hotpoint Quadrio Fridge Freezer: FF4DX / 1 x Hotpoint Coffee Maker:HCM15X.
• The prize described above is final and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be given.
• An inspection of the winner's home by a Hotpoint/ Magnet specialist may be needed before the kitchen can be chosen. The prize winner will be directed to their closest or most convenient Magnet branch to claim their prize.
• The winner must place the order for their kitchen from Magnet before 22nd December 2009 and have their kitchen fitted including the Hotpoint appliances before 31st March 2010.
• The Hotpoint appliances will be supplied directly to the winner from Hotpoint before 31st March 2010.
• In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Hotpoint reserves the right to cancel or extend this promotion or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside our control.
• The winner may be required to take part in any publicity arising from the promotion including having 'before' and 'after' shots of their old / new kitchen that can be used in Hotpoint or Magnet promotional material / online on the Hotpoint Hot Style micro site. Indesit Company (Hotpoint) reserves the right to use the name and location of the winner, their photograph and any audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity relating to the campaign.
• Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
• The decision of Indesit Company (Hotpoint) will be final and binding in all matters arising from the Hotpoint Hot Style promotion.

• Hotpoint reserves the right to reject any entrant that does not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion.
• Indesit Company holds no responsibility for contacting non winning entries and accepts no responsibility for late entries.
• By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
• Indesit Company (Hotpoint) reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
