Apple and Cucumber juice

Ingredients

  • 1 cube of fresh ginger
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple

Lets get started...

  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly.
  2. Peel the ginger and cut into pieces.
  3. Insert the extract filter into the slow juicer.
  4. Place the two bowls in position, one for the extract and one for the fibre residue.
  5. Add the fruit, alternating between slices of ginger, celery, cucumber and apple.
  6. Open the juicer’s rubber stopper to drain the juice into the bowl.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
