Fruit Sorbet

1 Frozen Banana

100g Frozen Strawberries

125g Frozen Blueberries

1 tbsp Yoghurt

Let's get started...

  1. In a bowl mix together all of the fruit with the yoghurt and ensure all the fruit is covered.
  2. Insert the special sorbet filter into juicer.
  3. Operate the machine.
  4. Ensure the rubber stopper is inserted into the juice filter to stop any juice flowing out.  
  5. Slowly spoon the mixture into the feeding tube.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for a later date.
