These stuffed peppers are perfect to serve as a starter.
Chop the tops off your peppers, remove the seeds.
Mix together the meat, bread, cheese and chopped herbs to taste.
Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
