Raspberry and Mint Sorbet

300g frozen raspberries

1 sprig of mint

For the mixture:

50 ml water

40g sugar (around 3 tablespoons


  1. Prepare the mixture by dissolving the sugar in the water. If you use hot water, leave the mixture to cool completely.
  2. Insert the sorbet filter into the slow juicer.
  3. Place the two bowls in position,one for the extract and one for the fibre residue, keeping the juice stopper closed.
  4. Transfer the frozen raspberries to a bowl.
  5. Add the mixture of sugar and water as well as a few mint leaves.
  6. Mix with a spoon to coat the fruit with the mixture.
  7. Add the fruit, a spoonful at a time.
  8. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.
