Full terms and conditions (‘Terms’)

   b. 24/11/2022 to 27/11/2022 - Black Friday
   c. 28/11/2022 to 02/12/2022 - Cyber Monday
   The above periods are referred to herein as the “Promotional Period”. Each promotion is subject to availability or while stocks last.
3. Offer applies to the purchase of new appliances and/or WPRO accessories purchased from hotpoint.co.uk only.
4. Offer is subject to availability and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer (unless expressly stated).
5. Discount is available on selected products only and discount may vary.
6. Use of promotional codes or discount vouchers to apply for discount will not be valid after the stated closing dates above and purchases made after this date will not be eligible for discount.
7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances accept any liability, including but not limited to indirect and consequential losses, loss of anticipated enjoyment or anticipated savings or liability for any loss, damage or injury caused as a result of participation in this promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter.
8. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. The promoter will reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
